I'm a Staff Software Engineer with 16+ years of experience building and modernizing complex web applications, and guiding teams through hard technical challenges. My career began deep in the code, and over time I took on greater responsibility—not by stepping away from building, but by helping the people around me build better.
I've worked across the stack using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js, while progressively leading teams, shaping processes, and owning delivery outcomes. I care deeply about clean architecture, thoughtful user experiences, and systems that hold up under real-world pressure.
